Searching for new or even already existing brands is one of the things we like most. Spotting products we haven't seen before and finding new shapes and materials to apply in our interior projects. And to share with you, of course.

We got in touch with the Swedish brand Pholc, a sophisticated brand, where the starting point is classic Scandinavian design sensibilities, blended with contemporary touch points. A melting pot of the unique and the regular; of materials and detailing; where design means quality and aesthetics have longevity and relevance.

Pholc curates and collaborates with talented designers whose work carries a clarity of expression. Individuals who have the courage and skill to create unique statements, and care deeply for the details. They design for the future.

We are exciting to start a new collaboration with Pholc, sharing their beautiful lighting pieces with you and inspire you with images created by us in our homes, more of this later this week. For now, enjoy their beautiful images of the new Romb collection.

With their latest addition, the Romb table light, Romb emerged as a result of Broberg & Ridderstråle experimenting with a rippled cardboard they use lots when modelling and developing architecture projects. The shape, a rhombus, emerged quickly and split into two forms; one larger than the other, which cast an interesting direct light upwards but also indirect down, over the base of the shape. The piece works well on narrow spaces like bookshelves or windowsills, and has a strong sculptural presence whether it´s shining or not. Romb is made from custom-pressed steel with seamless edges and great attention to detail.
